The First Milestone

Our goal: 111 meals served to open the production kitchen.

During Ramadan 1447 (March 2026), we run our first pilot. Servants coordinate meal preparation and distribution.

Once we reach 111 meals, the kitchen becomes operational for ongoing service.

How The Model Works

Complete transparency on where your money goes

1
We source quality green seeds

Green seeds sourced through trusted importers with traceable origins — Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, Kenya, Rwanda, Peru. Cost varies by origin, harvest, and processing method.

2
We roast with intention

Every batch is roasted in-house. Roasting adds €7/kg to the cost — each bag carries the full weight of that labour.

3
We sell to Ambassadors of Love

Our price reflects a 1.6× margin — enough to sustain the mission, never to accumulate beyond it.

4
From every 9kg sold, 1 meal follows

The profit of 1kg is set aside for the meal fund. That same amount covers the ingredients and coordination to prepare one fresh meal.

5
Servants prepare and serve

Servants of KHAYBAR coordinate the kitchen and bring the meal to the table — nourishing others, nourishing themselves.

6
You witness the manner

Every cup purchased is accounted for. Every meal served is recorded. The numbers above are not estimates — they are the ledger.

Why We Do This

"The nourishment of body is food, while the nourishment of the soul is feeding others"

This is not charity. This is not marketing.

This is the recognition that serving others nourishes something in us that cannot be fed any other way.

When you buy coffee, you participate in this nourishment. Your cup serves another. Your soul is fed by feeding.
